RUNNER
You've built a solid foundation through running, but the weight and strength challenges of a Hyrox race are new territory for you. This program is designed to maintain and improve your running performance with a focus on developing your anaerobic threshold. At the same time, we'll teach you basic strength movements and help you build overall strength so you can take on the race without hesitation.
As the race approaches, you'll also complete specific workouts tailored to reflect the structure and demands of an actual Hyrox race - so you'll arrive confident and ready to perform.

As your running improves, we’ll shift focus toward improving your running economy at race-specific paces and raising your aerobic threshold — so you’re not just surviving the race, but sustaining strong performance from start to finish.
BUILDER
