COOL DOWN

NOTE
Duration depends on your experience and current fatigue

RPE (2-3) = Can speak effortlessly
RPE (3-5) = Can speak in longer sentences relatively
effortlessly
This session is made for those just starting their hyrox journey and have not accumulated enough of the running volume yet. The walking breaks help to lower the total physiological load, making this an ideal zone 2 training for them.
